Scope of work

Services are provided under a separate written estimate or agreement accepted before work begins. Website descriptions are general information and do not add work to an accepted scope. Changes require separate agreement.

Property information and access

The property owner is responsible for providing accurate access information, identifying boundaries, disclosing known private utilities, septic components, drainage features, hidden material, and other relevant conditions, and identifying items that must remain.

Site conditions and scheduling

Weather, access, concealed conditions, or other site factors may affect the planned method or schedule. Wilson Mulching and Land Clearing will communicate material changes and will not treat unapproved additional work as part of the original scope.

Estimates, payments, and project documents

Prices, payment timing, accepted methods, and other commercial terms are stated in the applicable project documents. No amount discussed outside the applicable project documents replaces the written estimate for the property.

Acceptable website use

Visitors may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent the business, or reuse protected materials without permission.

Limits, updates, and contact

Website information may be updated as services, technology, and business practices change. Project-specific rights and obligations are controlled by the applicable written agreement. Questions may be directed to the phone number or email listed on this site.
